Description
Emerging historian Faith Ebanks speaks about Raps Restaurant, 1541 Eglinton Ave W., opened in 1982 by Horace Rose, who at the time was working as a record producer.
Serving authentic Jamaican food, including jerk chicken, Rose hired a wielder to create a steel drum barbeque, a signature feature of the restaurant (and the food preparation).
