Description
This home was designed by Toronto architect Charles Gibson for Harton Walker, a real estate developer who created the North Rosedale subdivision plan. The first residents were the Ruddy family: Ernest, Caroline, and their children Mary and Robert. Ernest Ruddy was founder and president of the E.L. Ruddy Company, a major billboard and sign business in Toronto and across Canada.
