The juried Heritage Planning & Architecture Award recognizes the successful application of appropriate conservation and planning principles. In 2024, from the 13 nominees, the award went to "Union Station", for the rehabilitation of this heritage landmark, featuring a complete conservation and upgrades to ensure this National Historic Site continues to be a vital part of Toronto's transportation network.
