Mayor Olivia Chow attended the reception for the 49th Annual Heritage Toronto Awards, taking time to engage with some of the 30 emerging historians at the event.
In 2024, the event celebrated 53 nominees whose work exemplifies the recent achievements and continuing innovations of the heritage sector in connecting diverse communities while sharing the many stories that shape our city.
