Description
Pre-1889 Once surrounded by a much larger lot this is one of the oldest houses on this street (formerly Victoria Avenue). The structure was extensively remodeled in 1920 in a style resembling the new home then being built next door.
Designated under the Ontario Heritage Act 2003. Part of the Blythwood Road Heritage Conservation District
