Description
The Ezras Noshem Society, a mutual benefit society run by Jewish women, founded the Jewish Old Folks Home in 1916 at 31 Cecil Street. Now known as Baycrest, it has become internationally recognized for its geriatric medical education and for its groundbreaking neuroscience research.
