Description
These stained-glass windows are located in York Collegiate Memorial Institute. Created by Robert McCausland Glassworks, they commemorate two turning points in Canadian history – the Battle of the Plains of Abraham in 1759 and the Battle of Ypres in 1915. The school was built to honour local youth killed in WWI.
