Description
Swimmers in the heated pool at Sunnyside Bathing pavilion in 1926. After two unseasonably cold summers, this outdoor pool, known as the "Sunnyside Tank," was opened in 1925. With a capacity for 2, 000 swimmers and 3.4 million litres of water, it was reputed to be one of the largest outdoor pools in the world.
