Description

The Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters, in situ on Bremner Blvd in Roundhouse Park.

From the 1880s to the 1990s, this site was the Toronto Locomotive and Car Facilities of the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR). Here, sleeping car porters prepared passenger cars for overnight journeys across Canada.
