Description
Martin Jeffrey, owner of Pure Vibes Barber Shop in Toronto's Little Jamaica neighbourhood, has been a barber for more than 25 years and has crafted and mastered the skill of cutting hair.
Barbershops and hair salons are important places within the Black Caribbean community. Aside from being important places of gathering where discussions on everything from politics, sports, family, and work take place, they are also places of fellowship where people can talk about what is going on “back home” in the Caribbean.
