Description
The Broadview Hotel, a Romanesque Revival building at Queen and Broadview, was commissioned by entrepreneur Archibald Dingman in 1892. It was meant to serve as a commercial, social, and cultural hub for the newly annexed neighbourhood of Riverdale. The building was restored for hotel use in 2016 by Streetcar Developments and ERA Architects.
