Description
Reservoir Park, 1890. The landscaped reservoir grounds and the Vale of Avoca ravine to the east were a popular scenic area that featured views of the city, flower beds, waterfalls, and greenhouses filled with exotic plants. The park was rededicated David A. Balfour Park after the city politician, who died in 1956.
