Description
Emerging historian Quinton Bradshaw shares with tour participants the history of one of the first churches in Toronto. St. James Cathedral is the fourth church built on the same location. The first church was a 1807 log cabin, and the current 1853 church was once the tallest building in Canada at 305 feet.
This stop was featured on the Creating Toronto tour, offered as part of the season extension enabled by the partnership with the city's StrollTO program.
