Description
This building is one of many schools designed by Cyril E. Dyson in the Collegiate Gothic style, which draws on English Tudor architecture. It was one of four technical schools in Toronto that taught skilled trades. These schools' offerings were gendered: men were taught trades while women learned commercial and domestic skills.
