Description
During the COVID-19 pandemic, public health restrictions required the closure of the Heritage Toronto office. As a result, plaque staff worked from home, which included the receipt and storage of plaques prior to their installation. Here, Chris Bateman, manager of the program, previews the Grand Duchess Olga Alexandrovna plaque.
