Description
The Queen Anne Revival house that eventually became the Selby Hotel was originally built by David Roberts Jr. as a residence for Charles H. Gooderham in 1882-1883 at 592 Sherbourne Street. It later served as a private girls' school called Branksome Hall in 1910 and was transformed into the Selby Hotel in 1912.
