Description
At the centre, Brock James, LGA Architectural Partners, poses with the Adaptive Reuse Award for the Albert Campbell District Library. The project renovated and expanded a Toronto Public Library branch, improving both the access and use of the original 1971 building, and created a new exterior garden designed by an Indigenous arts collective.
