Description
Before Jim Garrard was dubbed 'King of Rochdale,' a more democratic meeting process took place at Rochdale. The second floor meeting room hosted discussions on everything from fundraising to tenant concerns. By 1972, one year after this meeting, Rochdale was $4 million behind in mortgage and tax payments.
