This aerial photograph shows the early phases of redevelopment in the St. James Town neighbourhood as of 1964. Seen from above, the majority of Victorian-era residences remain along Wellesley and Parliament Streets, as well as the east-west St. James Avenue. The red circle indicates 600 Parliament Street, owned by the Casaccio family.
