Description
Mercer Reformatory, 1893. Construction on the buildings, designed by architect Kivas Tully, began in 1878 at the direction of Prison Inspector W.J. Langmuir. The gardener's home at Fraser and King Streets, built around 1895, is the only surviving structure.
