Description

The juried Adaptive Reuse Award recognizes projects that meet current needs while maintaining the integrity of the original design vision. In 2024, from the 13 nominees, the award went to "The Hermant Building", for the transformation of this Art Deco office tower which included extensive exterior restorations, interior base building upgrades and retrofit, and 90,000 square feet of commercial tenant renovations.
