Description
The juried Crafts & Trades Award recognizes the exemplary use of construction techniques and materials that are compatible to the building’s original architectural qualities. In 2024, from the 13 nominees, the award went to "Queen's Wharf Lighthouse", for its meticulous restoration of one of only two surviving 19th-century lighthouses in the city, ensuring the preservation of this significant part of Toronto's maritime heritage.
