Description
The Alexandra Apartment House was completed in 1904 and located at 184 University Avenue. It is often considered one of Toronto's earliest purpose-build apartment buildings. Built in an Edwardian Classical style, it was home to 69 units when complete. The apartments ranged from two-room plus bathroom bachelor suits to nine-room suites with kitchens.
