Description
Discover the stories of Toronto’s 2SLGBTQ+ community — from advocacy fuelled by the Bathhouse Raids and the AIDS epidemic, to the belonging and celebration found at the City Park Apartments, Buddies in Bad Times Theatre and St. Charles Tavern. A small park named after former Mayor Barbara Hall, who was in office from 1994 to 1997 and was the city's first mayor to march in the Pride Parade. The park features an AIDS Memorial installed in 1991.
