Description
The first residents of this home were James and Anne Roberts. James Roberts was manager of the Dominion of Canada Guarantee and Accident Insurance Company. He became Director for Canada, Britain, and the Caribbean in 1906. This set of row houses was built in the Queen Anne Revival style by Frank Armstrong. The homes have distinctive arched entryways topped by small balconies, and the façades are mirrored to look like semi-detached houses.
