Description
The Dale Gatehouse, circa 1877.
This Mock Tudor-style cottage is the last surviving building from The Dale, a grand estate built for lawyer John Hoskin that was demolished in 1955. The gatehouse, first occupied by driver William Hogg, became a separate property that was renovated and enlarged in 2022.
