Description
St. James Town Community Corner is a location on the tour that explores public art and urban design in the Cabbagetown and St. James Town neighbourhoods. Tour participants enjoy the rich history and diverse perspectives of the communities. Across the street on the side of a Toronto Public Housing building is a large mural featuring a phoenix rising. Former Emerging Historian Lindsay Chisholm co-developed and presented this tour with community partner STEPS Public Art.
