Description
Sarah Takhar developed and led the Big Stories in Little India tour as part of Heritage Toronto's Emerging Heritage program. She holds an undergraduate degree in Archaeology from the University of Edinburgh and a master’s degree in Museum and Gallery Studies from the University of St Andrews and is passionate about investigating heritage through a transnational lens, and exploring the cross-cultural connections of history.
The Emerging Historian program provides meaningful experiences and support to students and recent graduates building their careers in the heritage sector.
