Description
Tour members learn about Guild Park. To their left, they examine the sculpture, St. Frances and the Wolf, by Thomas Bowie, an artist-in-residence in the 1950s.
In the 1930s, Rosa and Spencer Clark, developed this property as an artists community. Across their property, the Clarks built homes and workshops for artists. Later, they collected the facades and fragments of more than 50 demolished buildings and displayed these features along with the art amid the grounds and the gardens of The Guild Inn.
