Description
The Margaret Eaton School in Toronto, formerly the Margaret Eaton School of Expression and Literature, was the country’s premier school of physical education for women. It operated in the mid-20th century, during the golden age for women in Canadian sport. Patty Sterne Sanders was a student at the Margaret Eaton School until her graduation in 1939. This image is taken from one of her photo collections documenting her time with the school.
