Description
Tour participants at St. Stephen-in-the-Fields, the first Anglican church west of Spadina Avenue, built in 1858 and renovated by architect Eden Smith in 1890.
The stop was featured on the Kensington Market tour, exploring the neighbourhood which became a hub for the social justice and settlement movements of the 19th and 20th centuries.
