Description
Massey Harris was the British Empire’s largest agricultural manufacturer, producing in-novative farming equipment and implements, like tractors and combines. Massey-Harris had factories worldwide, sold its products internationally, and was also once Toronto’s largest employer. Its complex once occupied an 11-hectare site near here. The only re-maining building, an office headquarters at 915 King Street West, has since been con-verted into condominiums and designated as a historical site.
